All that the government and the civil(?)service want is to know where you are when you and then to ask why you are.

Cut this out.

The best tax take and the most case sensitive method is to abolish road tax and load the tax take on fuel.

Consider this;

No need for black box (no invasion of privacy, no cost of box, no cost of admin)

Tax load on fuel (cost of collection already covered as system is already in operation via fuel stations and distribution companies.  The driver pays according to need and use.  Small car on low mileage = low £p... Big car, big mileage = high cost.


Is this a case of KISS or does this government think WE are stupid.
