Happy New Year!
Happy New Year to one and all. Hope you all celebrated the turning of the year in suitable fashion. Personally I marked one turning with another - I turned onto the M62 at Midnight on my way home from my gig!!
After a long days travelling on Jan 1st, I am now writing my first post of 2005 in Cynthia’s apartment in New York! Good to be back over here again in “the city that never sleeps”. Sometimes I wish it would - it’s no fun trying to sleep off jetlag with local residents still shouting at each other at 3am!!!
Not much more to say for now except to share my New Years Resolutions:
- Try to write in this blog more often.
- Try to write something interesting that people may want to read!
- Organise my online work better and try and get finished with those projects I never quite got round to finishing properly.
- Listen to music more than watch TV.
- Do some damn Trumpet practice!
- Try and remember to make these resolutions in advance and not try to make them up on the fly when writing blog posts!
